This is all new to me. I've been working on my father's films for over eight years and I always had some idea of what he did to make those films happen. Now, that I am on the front line working side by side with him I can now see why he would get a little stressed. There is so much that goes into making a film before I say "action" for the first time on set. It's been quite an experience, one that I am grateful for, one that I know will make me work harder than I ever thought possible to make this dream come true. This kickstarter video will be a great starting point.
Yesterday we worked on several different blood recipes to see which one will be best suited for our shoot. We have stage blood already that we bought but we need at least 5 gallons for this weekend. What on earth do we need 5 gallons of blood? I guess you will just have to wait and see. :)
I will be posting pictures from the kickstarter shoot and I will hopefully be posting a video blog. I want to introduce everyone involved with the filming of the video and also give everyone a behind the scenes peek at the filming.
Well, I better be off to bed. Tomorrow is a busy day. Our last day of preparation before we roll on Friday.
